Requirements

  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs
  • Respond to changes in resident conditions and ensure quality outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Advocate for residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care
