About The Position

Rice Memorial Hospital is a 12 LDRP room facility delivering approximately 600+ babies a year! The Women’s and Children's Health unit has 3 components: Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics and Women's Health making this a great facility to learn and grow, whether you are a new grad or joining our tenured staff RNs! The Registered Nurse is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and שיimplementש nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
New grads welcome! We offer a Nurse Residency Program, partnered with St. Cloud Hospital, for your first year along with a monthly mentorship program.
Must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part-time benefited position to be eligible for the hiring bonus.
Previous CentraCare employees qualify for hiring bonus if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months to qualify for relocation assistance.
Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of it to qualify for relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
