About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role involves long-term patient relationships and broad nursing skills applied to medically complex patients in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The nurse will work with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and may float to nearby clinics. A flexible schedule is required, and training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN/CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
