About The Position
The Lutheran Home is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, with full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call schedules available. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring resident conditions. The RN will administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
- Current Illinois RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long term care
