About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Willowdale Village provides nursing care that promotes residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and staff, learning residents’ life stories, and contributing to a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Nurses collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care and promote teamwork. The position is available full-time on evening or night shifts and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years to eligible RNs, subject to terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

• Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Manage medications.
