About The Position
NFI North THS Pathways is seeking a full-time registered nurse for its 16-bed adult residential treatment and day program in Concord, New Hampshire. The program provides comprehensive clinical and vocational services, case management, and life-skills support to adults living with mental illness who are working toward independent living. Participants may receive support with volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning to apartments in the community. The nurse plans and implements medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants, provides direct care and assessments, maintains medical documentation and records, administers medication, and oversees program medical supplies. The role includes on-call responsibilities and requires willingness to become a CPR/First Aid Trainer.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Hold a New Hampshire RN license.

- Experience with the program population is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants.
- Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care.
- Conduct nursing assessments of program participants.
- Complete medical documentation and record keeping.
- Administer medication.
- Take responsibility for program medical supplies.
- Become a CPR/First Aid Trainer.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
