Comfort Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Waltham/Watertown/Belmont area, working a morning shift. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
- A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities
- Assess and Adapt: Evaluate patient's current condition, medical needs, and overall well-being at each visit.
- Create and Modify Care Plans: Shape and adjust patient treatment plans based on their needs and changing conditions.
- Teach and Support: Provide guidance on medication, wound care, and other aspects to help patients stay independent.
- Communicate and Coordinate: Inform providers, families, and care teams about changes to ensure timely and appropriate care.
- Document and Reflect: Submit visit notes accurately from home for compliance and continuity of care.
