In Home Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) - Various Patients/Shifts

Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with various acuity levels, including those with feeding tubes and trach.
- Document patient care electronically via tablet in patient's home.
- Work with patients and families to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with operators and clinicians for 24/7 local support.
