Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Days With Sign On Bonus
About The Position
AMG Specialty Hospital - North Mississippi is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Day Shifts, offering a Sign-On Bonus. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting. This role involves communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals about patient conditions, responding to changes in patient status, and performing general nursing duties across departments with supervision. Shift differentials are provided for weekend shifts. The Sign-On Bonus is subject to an Employment Assistance Agreement with a two-year commitment. Requirements
- Current RN Licensure in the State of Mississippi.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
- Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
