About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. Registered Nurses fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system, with regional and nationwide opportunities. This Med Surg Tele role is based at St Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and involves a 12-week assignment with a flexible start date and a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Day and night shifts are available. Nurses may be required to float throughout the hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions. Pay is $68.00–$73.00 per hour depending on assignment option and shift, with stated gross weekly pay of $2,448. Pay may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Hold valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
Have at least 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
Maintain credentials required for the specialty area (for example, ACLS or TNCC).
Obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations or regions.
Apply the standard elements of professional nursing practice: assessment, outcomes identification and solutions, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Practice independently and appropriately within the limits of licensure, knowledge, and experience.
