About The Position

Boston IVF | IVI RMA North America is seeking an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Syracuse, NY fertility center during batch cycles. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented nurse with a passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine. The Per Diem RN will provide specialized clinical care to fertility patients and support the care team during high-volume treatment periods.

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program – required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – required

Nice To Haves

• Women’s health experience – strongly preferred
• OR/PACU experience – preferred
• Fertility or infertility clinic experience – a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction (OI)
• Support patients throughout their fertility journey, including care in OR/PACU settings as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryology/lab staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinical operations
• Assist with patient monitoring, procedures, and treatment coordination during batch cycles
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
