About The Position
Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing (PDN) care for an infant in New Boston, NH. This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing personalized, attentive care and building a trusting relationship with a child and family. The role involves one-on-one pediatric home care, focusing on medically complex pediatric patients.
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- G-tube experience required
- Suctioning experience required
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric nursing or home care experience preferred
- At least one year of nursing experience within the last five years preferred
Responsibilities
- G-tube feeding and management
- Suctioning
- Monitoring oxygen saturation/pulse oximetry as ordered
- Medication administration and management according to the patient's care plan
- Assistance with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Providing safe, compassionate, and attentive one-on-one care
- Following the patient's individualized plan of care and communicating changes in condition appropriately
