RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool - Days
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) uses the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes and planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This Med Surg Float Pool position works 12-hour day shifts, with 36 scheduled hours per week. The role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with a team of professionals, with ongoing opportunities for learning. Requirements
- At least 2 years of RN experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where nursing is practiced, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
- Be adaptable, communicate effectively, be detail-oriented, and have excellent time-management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
