About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Skilled Nursing team in the Charlotte Metro area. The role focuses on providing high-quality adult and pediatric home care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. RNs will have the opportunity to grow their skills while working close to home, serving clients in Anson, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, Rowan, and Union Counties. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
