About The Position

Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit! This position involves rotating shifts, including every third weekend and rotating holidays. The pay is based on experience and degree, with a full pay range of $43.24 - $65.47 per hour. A $3,500 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) are offered. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more. To be eligible for the hiring bonus, candidates must be external and hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requires the candidate to accept a benefited position, reside more than 50 miles from Willmar, Minnesota, and relocate within 30 miles before or no later than 120 days after starting work. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers.
An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

Provide acute care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit.
Understand the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process for patients of all ages (neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).
Provide treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to growth and development processes.
