About The Position

As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you’ll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home! This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Wage Range for the role is $44.00 - $60.00 per hour. Registered Nurse PD Intermediate: $44.00 - $46.25 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Requirements

  • RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • ADN required
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred
  • Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute)
  • Patient education or teaching background
  • Case management or telehealth experience
  • CNN or CDN certification

Responsibilities

  • Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care
  • Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning
  • Monitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, and provide on-call support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
