Requirements

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
BLS certification (can be obtained after offer).
Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in the MedSurg, Tele unit.
Utilize telemonitoring systems for patient care.
Collaborate with a strong, well-rounded support team, including management, supervisors, and nurse educators & coordinators.
Participate in comprehensive orientation, including online education, classroom lectures, and high-fidelity simulation.
Engage in personalized, tailored orientation and career development, including cross-training or dual department roles.
