Forest Hills of DC is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to administer medication, assess residents, and coordinate care. This role involves documenting nursing interventions, communicating with physicians and healthcare team members, providing oversight to Care Partners, and developing care plans for residents. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the District of Columbia
- Current CPR license
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents.
- Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
- Provides direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care.
- Develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
