About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities during the assigned shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. The RN uses the nursing process to assess patients, plan care, and perform care interventions. The RN collaborates with physicians and other healthcare clinicians to plan and implement patient care. Additional duties within the scope of the role may be assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety, and infection control standards.

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience preferred.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsibilities
