In addition to urgent care services, we offer family medicine, occupational medicine, and orthopedic urgent care services. As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.

Requirements

RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
Licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.

Nice To Haves

Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
Ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be a team player.
