About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Day Shift RN in Spring, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency room.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the emergency room
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work day shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency room
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical history
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Documenting patient care and progress in medical records
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
