About The Position
Billet Health is a growing home health agency looking for skilled, compassionate nurses who have the heart and passion for total patient care. Our team provides home health services to patients through a 9-week episode of care, delivering not just excellent clinical care—but a truly personal experience. As a new and growing company, we’re seeking PRN team members who are excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
Requirements
- Active RN in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
- Valid TB test
- Skin test within the last year or Chest X-ray within the last five years
- Initial home health training requires one full week of availability (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
- Complete SOCs, ROCs, recerts, and skilled nursing visits
- Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the Director of Nursing
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
