About The Position

This role focuses on delivering exceptional treatments and creating an amazing client experience within a studio setting. The Registered Nurse will conduct personalized client consultations, perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments, and educate clients on treatment plans and care. They will also be responsible for making service, package, and membership recommendations, building client trust, and supporting rebooking and client retention goals. Additionally, the role involves supporting the studio operations by maintaining treatment rooms, participating in training and initiatives, and promptly communicating any concerns.

Requirements

• An active Registered Nurse license in the state of California that meets applicable state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Partner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to keep each day running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.
• Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.
• Communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly.
