About The Position

Join a Labor & Delivery / Birthing Center team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric patients in a Level I low-risk birthing center utilizing family-centered care and single-room maternity care. This role requires strong LDRP experience and the ability to care for mothers and newborns throughout the continuum of childbirth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current LDRP experience required
• Active Vermont RN License required
• AHA BLS Certification required
• Resume with all gaps greater than 30 days explained required
• Skills checklist completed within the last year required
• Two supervisory references from the last two years required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a facility with 400+ deliveries annually preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Experience with C-sections, epidurals, electronic charting, and venipuncture preferred
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification highly preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred
• STABLE Certification highly preferred
• AFM, NRP, and STABLE may be obtained during onboarding
