About The Position
Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and thrive in a supportive, team-focused environment, we would love to meet you! As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will oversee clinical operations during your shift, ensure quality care delivery, and provide leadership to our nursing support staff.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
