About The Position
UW MEDICAL-NORTHWEST OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER has an outstanding opportunity for a full time, variable day shift REGISTERED NURSE. The UWMC-NORTHWEST OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER provides ambulatory surgery in 4 ORs. Wide Range of Surgeries performed from general surgery, reflux, hernias.
Requirements
- Two years operating room experience.
- Outpatient surgical experience.
Nice To Haves
- BSN and CNOR desired.
Responsibilities
- Circulate all surgical cases
- Work with dynamic Surgical Services Staff
- Provide compassionate and skilled patient care in the Operating Room/Outpatient Surgery department
- Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control
