About The Position

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients across the continuum of care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.
