About The Position
Harborview Medical Center's PACU/ASU is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 90% FTE (36 hours per week) Day shift position. The PACU/ASU teams provide comprehensive peri-anesthesia care to in-patients and out-patients undergoing surgery at Harborview. Care is provided for pediatric and adult populations across various surgical services including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Ear/Nose/Throat, Urology, Oral Maxillofacial, Burns, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and Pain Service-related procedures.
Requirements
- Requires minimum two years critical care RN work experience (ED or ICU)
- PASCU/ASU experience desirable.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive peri-anesthesia care to in-patients and out-patients undergoing surgery.
- Care for pediatric and adult populations.
- Administer care for patients undergoing procedures from General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Ear/Nose/Throat, Urology, Oral Maxillofacial, Burns, Ophthalmology, Gynecology and Pain Service-related procedures.
