Requirements

Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing or higher
Registered Nurse (RN) Current Minnesota RN License Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Current BLS certification Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ACLS certified for “on call” purposes only
Respond onsite within 30 minutes when “on call”
Must possess demonstrated communication skills, able to read and communicate effectively in English.
Strong written and verbal skills and possess strong interpersonal human relations skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and/or work independently as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous Surgical Services experience preferred.
