Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes. Requirements

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Monitor patient conditions, evaluate symptoms, and communicate changes to attending physicians promptly.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Provide compassionate care while promoting patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure the highest standard of care.
