About The Position
Springfield Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs. The role involves delivering and documenting high-quality nursing care, monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, leading patient assessments and care planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The facility is an award-winning, U.S. News Top Nursing Home, and a winner of the 2025 AHCA Silver Award. They are looking for individuals with a compassionate approach to care, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to high standards and continuous learning. Both seasoned RNs and new graduates are welcome.
