Registered Nurse
About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse for its outpatient dialysis team in San Jacinto, California. The nurse will provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Dialysis experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The role offers hands-on work with medically complex patients and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while applying a broad range of nursing skills. The schedule is flexible and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the employee’s home location. Reliable transportation is required for potential floating.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation for potential floating.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
- CNN or CDN certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in their health.
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
- Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
- Float to nearby clinics as needed.
