About The Position

This role provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The Registered Nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. This position serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. The Registered Nurse will also assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities
