Requirements

Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within one (1) year.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Satisfactory completion of a medical examination may be required.

Nice To Haves

Graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing within 60 days of application.

Responsibilities

Provide assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate resident health services.
Administer medications and monitor proper documentation by qualified personnel.
Observe resident conditions, record daily care, and report changes to appropriate staff.
Guide subordinates, evaluate performance, and assist with training and workflow planning.
Complete assessments, assist with admissions, and share updates with incoming nursing staff.
Follow facility safety rules and report hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
