About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Charlotte Metro area. The company emphasizes delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. RNs will have the opportunity to grow their skills while working close to home, serving clients in various counties. The role involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctor's orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, documenting observations, and intervening as needed, with a focus on autonomous skill performance in the home environment. BAYADA Home Health Care was founded on the principle that healthcare improves when clients receive care at home, which is their preferred location. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, and offer extensive paid training to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
