Requirements

  • Registered Nurse in Washington and have a current Washington State RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years registered nursing experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with and work with outside agencies.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN
  • Mental health & chemical dependency experience.
  • Experience with electronic charting.
  • Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals who are homeless or low-income and those experiences chronic behavioral health challenges or having histories of involvement in legal system(s)
  • Mental Health Professional per WAC 246-341-0515.
  • Experience in the direct treatment of persons who have a mental illness or who are emotionally disturbed, such experience gained under the supervision of a mental health professional per RCW 71.34.020.

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality health care services to all clients including assessing somatic conditions, assessing medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
  • Performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
