About The Position
The Assisted Living Facility Nursing Case Manager is a Registered Professional Nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing services in an assisted living facility. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- NYS RN license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent clinical skills
- Superior communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment, including Outlook, Word, printing, and scanning applications
