About The Position

Countryside Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses to join its clinical team and provide quality care to residents. The role offers day, night, and flexible part-time evening schedules. Nurses contribute to a comforting and engaging atmosphere, promote teamwork, and collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care. Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward the shared goal of excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
