About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN (work as needed) position in Surgical Services at Baptist Health Floyd, serving the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for providing direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission to discharge. This role offers the opportunity to work in a regional, non-profit, community hospital with a wide array of patients and an organization that promotes continued education and growth. Comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is expected.
Requirements
- Diploma RN
- Current Indiana RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ACLS certification
- Previous nursing experience that has provided opportunities to refine competencies in nursing practice
- Shows an understanding and knowledge of computer system.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Acute Hospital experience preferred
