About The Position

Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health programs. RNs assess patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
• CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with electronic health records preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR, and database programs preferred.
• A BSN with at least one (1) year of experience in public health or three (3) years of experience in maternal or pediatric related field of nursing preferred.
• Knowledge and credentials of newborns, pediatric methodology preferred.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, problem solving, and overall understanding of family health dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and wellness practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care teams to plan and implement care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with health regulations.
