Registered Nurse (RN) - School Setting
About The Position
SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time and/or part-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in the Calabasas area of Southern California. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is committed to student success, values collaboration, and thrives in a supportive environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) with or without school-based experience looking to continue building meaningful experience supporting students in the educational setting.
Requirements
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California
- Knowledge of district policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses.
- Must pass LiveScan/Fingerprinting
- New TB Skin Test to be completed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, teachers, and families
- Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete data entry efficiently
Nice To Haves
- School setting experience is highly preferred!!
- Experience with vision and hearing screenings is a plus!!
