About The Position

Baystate Health is seeking inpatient Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Department Team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA. The new Emergency Department features 20 beds, including two critical care bays, and most rooms are private. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology such as an in-department CT scanner and radiology unit. The department is a designated Primary Stroke Service hospital, recognized by CMS for health promotion and quality of life improvement, and supported by the Trauma 1 Center at BMC in Springfield through critical care transports, medical helicopters, and ambulances.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Diploma in Nursing (Required)
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts
