About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans based on changes in patients’ conditions. The role also provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
