About The Position

Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! As a RN you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all nursing care prescribed for and provided to our nursing home residents. Note: We accept New Graduate RNs!

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Valid state of Hawaii Registered Nurse license in good standing
Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with residents, families, and associates.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to solve problems under minimal supervision.
Proficiency with basic computer functions, including email, web browsers, standard office applications, and electronic health records systems to document resident care and clinical workflows per regulation.
Must have flexibility to work all shifts including day, night, overnight, weekends and holidays as needed.
Proof of annual TB clearance in accordance with state regulations
Proof of valid CPF and First Aid certifications

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare, long-tern, assisted living, or related setting.
Supervisory or charge nurse experience.
