About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Eagle Valley Meadows. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves supporting a comforting, engaging atmosphere and working collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated resident care. The position is full-time, with evening and night shifts listed as 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
