About The Position

Sevita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our NeuroRestorative facility. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour day shift, from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, monitoring patients' conditions, collaborating with physicians and external medical partners, providing technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff, and utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment to meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs. The facility is a 15-bed CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) with low patient ratios, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Requirements

• Accredited RN degree
• Current state RN license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Minimum one year of experience
• Clinical assessment skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Creative problem solving skills
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
