About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking POOL Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide integrated behavioral healthcare at our multiple crisis and inpatient units. CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Requirements

  • Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
  • Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.
  • At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated behavioral health care at multiple crisis and inpatient units.
  • Submit a minimum of 4 shifts a month by the 15th of the month prior.
  • Work at all assigned units within the hired region as assigned per central scheduling.
  • Reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
  • Work crisis and inpatient units as assigned.
