About The Position

ComForCare Home Care of Truckee Meadows is hiring a Registered Nurse for a flexible, pay-per-visit position serving Reno, Sparks, and surrounding areas. The locally owned and operated franchise provides in-home care focused on helping clients live safely and independently. The RN conducts in-home assessments, develops individualized care plans, orients caregivers, coordinates referrals, and supports transitions home from hospitals or other care settings. Compensation is a flat rate per completed visit plus mileage, rather than an hourly wage: $150 per in-home assessment including a care plan and caregiver orientation; $200 when a hospital or facility discharge meeting is included; and $100 per combined reassessment and supervisory visit. Mileage is reimbursed beyond 20 miles round trip. The posting also lists compensation of $100.00–$500.00 per day. The employer describes a clinician-led, supportive environment that emphasizes respect and dignity, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and support for staff in the field. ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of in-home care providers, and the local franchisee is independently owned and operated and solely responsible for employment decisions.
