About The Position

Cascade Health Services is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for local PRN shifts. Both part-time and full-time hours are available. Cascade’s Workforce Marketplace provides direct access to hospital shifts through an easy-to-use mobile app, offering flexibility or consistency. As a W2 employee, you will not pay self-employment taxes, will be eligible for full benefits, and will receive instant support. Cascade's licensed, insured, and fully supported W2 staffing model is preferred by clients over 1099 apps.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Recent experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• TB Test (MO requires 2-step), IGRA, or chest X-ray (team can assist)

Responsibilities

• Access open shifts in your area through the mobile app.
• Manage schedule, set preferences, and receive shift notifications via the mobile app.
• Clock in and out using the mobile app.
• Provide nursing care in various hospital settings.
• Obtain necessary certifications and tests with assistance from the team.
