Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time| 12 hour Shift 5a-5p Part-Time | 6 hour Shift 5p-11p Auburn Village, 1751 Wesley Road, Auburn, IN (Just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne) Why Join Auburn Village? Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
- Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
- Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
- Excellent documentation
Benefits
- Competitive Pay : $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen
